New eco-settlement and sport hotel at the Batak dam; the hotel shall be located just next to the dam??™s water, 3 kilometres away from the centre of Batak and 7 kilometres away from the area of Tsigov Tchark. The advantage of the forthcoming investment is the construction of a complex of separate houses next to a sport hotel complex, which, in the near future, will be the only one of its kind in the region. The eco-settlement will be constructed by means of an entirely new technology ??“ ferro-concrete construction, visible stone masonry, visible wooden roof construction. Mainly natural materials will be used. The project will be implemented in two phases. The eight separate villas are due for sale together with the adjoining land and the ideal part of the general infrastructure of the settlement.
