You do not need to register a company to purchase an in Evergreen Village.
A Bulgarian registered company is needed to own a house at Evergreen Village.
It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve an apartment or a house or sign the preliminary contract.
It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to acquire the ownership or receive the title deeds of the apartment or house.
Under Bulgarian law property cannot be resold until construction has been completed. If you contract to buy you must complete the purchase before you can resell.
On signing of the preliminary agreement the reservation fee is deducted from the first payment. The reservation fee is non-refundable in case a preliminary agreement is not signed.

MANAGEMENT
For those owners who wish to rent their property we are in position to offer them fixed prices and periods which will be written in the management contract starting four months after the apartments and houses are completed with Certificate for Habitation. The contract will be revised and signed every year.
